Service was excellent! Serviceman was gracious and efficient. He cleaned up after himself. The first part ordered was incorrect but the problem was quickly resolved. Heather always kept me updated on just about everything. She informed me of what was happening and when the serviceman would arrive. I would definitely give this service a 5 star rating!

This guy was very professional and cool at the same time!!! He showed up on time, explained to me what needed to be fixed and why. He came back with the parts on time and repaired my refrigerator. He also showed me some preventative measures and maintenance routines I can take to help keep my reef running longer. I would definitely recommend this company!!! Oh, and if you’re worried about the covid….he had his mask on constantly and stayed as far away as possible
I can’t speak highly enough about Omar and his work ethic. He came out to install a mini-split system for me and did an outstanding job. He was meticulous, professional, on time, super friendly and reasonably priced. I consider him my go to guy now when it come to any HVAC or appliance issues. I was so pleased with his work I am hoping to get him as a steady vendor out at the facility I work at. I have been in the business as a handyman/maintenance director for quite some time now and it is hard to find a contractor at his level who is so experienced and reliable.
